I had my friend Anders over for dinner tonight and made him protein fluff for dessert. He’d never tasted it before, and he was pleasantly surprised! 😉
The thing is that it’s just so EASY to make! All you need is berries or fruit and whey protein powder, that’s it.
I used semi frozen strawberries. It’s not important that they are frozen, but it will give it a more ice creamy feeling.
300 g strawberries
1 scoop of whey protein
Put it in a bowl and use an electric mixer to whisk the ingredients together. You will see that it turns into a fluffy mass pretty quickly.
It’s probably one of the healthiest desserts you can serve! 😉
Tip 1: If you are using room temperature fruit, then put the fluff in the freezer for a while to make it more firm and ice creamy
Tip 2: Use dark chocolate, nuts or, in my case, coconut grains for topping.
