Right now I’m in the car going to my hometown 300 km south of Stockholm. It’s going to be a weekend of family, food and hopefully a little training! (Yes, I brought training clothes) No excuses!!!
I didn’t have time to go to the gym today, a bit sore from yesterday’s workout anyways. But I still managed to do some abdominal exercises at home! Yesterday I learned a new variation of the plank. When you’re in the plank position, elevate the middle of your body so that it creates an arch. You will feel an increased tension in the abdomen, slowly go back to the plank position and repeat. It really isolates the abs and it gets pretty tough after a few repetitions, try it!
